Complete renovation from a duplex, part of which is under the attic. The unused space of 200m2 has been transformed into three independent T2s. Each apartment has its own decorative style.

Here, the framework subtly separates the American kitchen from the living area. Space has been optimized thanks to integrated storage in the lowest parts of the volume.

 

The decoration with natural materials, beige tones and plant prints to mix contemporary style with more rustic elements.
